Balete Park is situated at Barangay Quirino, Maria Aurora and just seven (7) kilometers from the town proper. This park caters the Largest Banyan Tree standing on the flat lands of Aurora and also belieced to be 600 years old. It will take seventy (70) Senior High School Students holding together to show the wildness of the tree.


On this historical and enigmatic national park, visitors can play in clouds upon entry to the Welcome Sign of Aurora while journey to the long and winding road. Doña Aurora Aragon Quezon was the builder of a road to connect Aurorans to the outside world during 1930. On its roadside lies the dedication and marker on her honor. As you travel along, you can drop-by to an old swimming pool used by the late President Manuel L. Quezon as their Rest Stop. Bird watching is a bonus and the rare Philippine Eagle has its kingdom on this Auroras Green Mile Corridor.


On the northwest side of the municipality, you can find the crystal clear Bazal River, Gipit Waterfalls and Cabualan Waterfalls. One can enjoy camping and trekking to Mt. Udok that stands at 1800 meters above sea level. Picnic at nursery and along the river is highly suggested. Also located here is the Aurora State College of Technology - Bazal Campus which offer degree in Agriculture and Forestry.


Located at Barangay Dianawan, Maria Aurora and now a quarter walk from the highway. Kiosk and trail and steel stairs were built to accommodate people for a refreshing deep to basin and one can jump from it. Adjacent to the vicinity is the DiaDeGaSan Micro-Hydro.
